At Clayton Off Road Mfg. we are known for our suspensions. However we are a full fabrication shop, and can build about anything you can think of. We have a fully equipped shop which allows us to produce the lift kits we are known for, as well as perform complete installations, and custom fabrication work. From building and installing custom roll cages, to installing gears and lockers, to complete turn key buggies, Clayton Off Road is your answer. I would however like to point our one difference. Just because we CAN install just about any product, doesn't mean we will. We pride ourselves on quality, and customer service. Installing low quality products doesn't do us or our customers any good, and we will refuse certain jobs.

    The green buggy in this project spot light is nearing its finally stage. It features a tube frame chassis based of off Claytons original buggy. Drivetrain features a I-6 motor, with a 904 transmission attached to a Atlas II 3.8 transfer case. Axles are custom build Solid high pinion D60s, with Detriot lockers, 4.88 gears, Yukon chrome moly axle shafts with CTM u-joints, Solid Knuckles with high steer and Solid 35 spline drive flanges. This is a 4 wheel steering buggy which uses PSC 8" double ended rams. Tom Woods driveshafts, Walker Evans air shocks, PRP seats, Ron Davis aluminum radiator are a few of the other items used in this build.
