JK 1/4 Oil Pan & Transmission Skid Plate

Both skid plates are nearly complete. The front oil pan skid plate is also laser cut from 1/4 steel, offers an access hole to easily drain the oil, and has counter sunk allen head bolts for the ultimate in strong and smooth protection.

JK 1/4 Transfer Case Skid Plates

While designing our new JK long arm system, we are also working on 1/4 flat skid plates to work with our long arm kit. The skids will be 1/4 thick, and cover the 3 piece cross member for added strength and creating a super strong and smooth surface under your JK. Prototype will be installed 10/7/11. JK Long Arm Upgrade Kit

Our new JK front long arm kit is in final testing. This kit will include a bolt in 3 piece cross member, and 37" radius long arms.

The kit will allow current short arm customers to reuse their adjustable upper arms to work with the new long lowers. The 3 piece cross member has a high clearance pocket style arm mount, and in a easy bolt in application. We are working on a brace/skid plate system to work with the cross member. JK 1/4 Heavy Duty Front Lower Control Arm Brackets

These are heavy duty 1/4 OEM replacement lower control arm brackets. They feature a 1/4 front skid plate to help slide over rocks, and protect your control arm and bushing.

After the prototype was installed, we found a new to modify the lower control arms which will now include OEM height, a middle setting and high clearance setting. Check out the Solid Works 3D drawings to the right.
