Return Policy

Clayton Off Road Inc. products may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days from the original date of purchase OR for store credit only within 90 days from the original date of purchase. 

No returns post 90 days of original purchase date will be permitted.

If you would like to initiate a return, please follow these steps listed below in order to make the process as simple as possible for both parties:

  • Start by emailing sales@claytonoffroad.com with your invoice or order number, phone number, and a brief description of why you are returning the item(s). If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged, please include photos in your email including photos of the packaging so that we can look into the situation further.
  • Once you have obtained an RMA # (Return Materials Authorization) from us, please box up your item(s) in all original packaging and make sure your RMA # is printed clearly  on all packages so that we may correctly process your return once received. 
  • The returned item(s) can be sent back using whichever carrier service is most convenient to the shipper, and all return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the shipper unless instructed otherwise by Clayton Off Road.

  • Please make sure to obtain tracking information as well as shipping insurance for your packages in the event that your shipment is delayed, lost or damaged by the carrier in which Clayton Off Road is not responsible for refunds of any item(s) that do not return safely back to us.
  • Once your returned item(s) arrive to our warehouse, please allow at least 2 to 5 days for us to inspect and process your return. Returned funds may take an additional 24 to 48 hours to appear back in your account depending on the bank used. 

All returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Original purchaser must obtain RMA # prior to shipping. The RMA # must be printed clearly on any and all returned packages.
  • Returned items may not appear to have been installed, painted or modified in any way.
  • All items must be returned inside their original packaging.
  • All shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the return shipper or customer. Any packages shipped as C.O.D. will be refused.
  • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
    • We can waive 10% restock fee for store credit only ( MUST be a direct purchase from Clayton Off Road ) 
      • ​​​​​​​Please write  " STORE CREDIT "   on your return along with your RMA #
    • Clayton Off Road part purchased thru a dealer you must contact that dealer and are subject to their terms/conditions.
  • All returned items are subject to inspection and may be refused if they appear either damaged or used.
  • “Store Credit” will be given on product purchase price only. No refund or credit will be given on shipping charges.
  • Actual shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount. 

Exemption:  Custom part orders are NOT eligible for return or refund. Definition of “custom parts” are any item(s) that the customer asks us to specifically modify or manufacture per their specification. All custom part orders are final sale!

Clayton Off Road Inc. shall not be held responsible for returned items damaged or lost during shipping. We strongly recommend that the shipped goods be fully insured against incidental damage, loss or misplacement during shipping.
