Shipping Policy

Standard Online Order Shipments:

  • In stock items are shipped between 1 and 3 business days, usually within 48 hours of your order date. Our goal is to ship in-stock items next business day from your order date, however due to the complexity of some of our parts, it may take additional time.
  •  Tracking information will become available via an email notification once your order has been processed, and will become valid and available for tracking once UPS, FEDEX or USPS picks up the order from our facility.
  • Once your online order is processed no changes can be made to your order, shipping type, or address.

Expedited Shipments:

  • Choosing Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select or any other expedited shipping option does NOT guarantee same day or next day shipment. These orders will be expedited, but NOT guaranteed. 
  • Some expedited shipping services DO NOT account for weekends or holidays.
    • Example - Selecting Next day Air on Friday does NOT mean your package will arrive Saturday. Delivery would be Monday or the following business day. 

Please call or email for weekend delivery or if your order is urgent, as not all locations and items are available for expedited shipping services.

Shipping Delays:

  • Due to extreme product demand as well as manufacturing and material delays related to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, some orders may be delayed by up to 2 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, our website does not currently use any sort of live inventory tracking system, so estimated shipping dates will be provided during order processing. Note that this is primarily causing delays with complete lift kits and suspension systems, and we will be doing our absolute best to get your order out either by or before our estimated shipping date. The estimated shipping date for back-ordered items will remain at 2 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase for at least the foreseeable future, so we highly recommend placing orders sooner rather than later in order to get your spot in line and your products on the way.     We're moving!

    For the past few weeks, Clayton Off Road has begun relocating to our brand new, larger facility! This is a big deal for us, as this move will allow us to take on even more projects and greatly improve manufacturing efficiency.
